the room was clean i appreciate having a hair dryer and electric kettle. the staff was efficient and friendly they took extra steps with me and other customers.
very basic and small rooms face the fairly busy street without special soundproofing windows so quiet sleep was not really possible

The room I had was spacious and very clean I found the bed linen of great quality. The bathroom was well-appointed I appreciated the shower's good water pressure. The staff was professional they helped with directions. I found the free airport shuttle very convenient.
The room was a bit small for a longer stay but it served its purpose perfectly for my short visit.

The staff at reception was friendly and very helpful. i found the shuttle service to the airport convenient. breakfast was excellent. A huge choice was available and nicely presented.
the wifi was down . they did not accommodate or compensate me for this issue. i was greatly inconvenienced. the air conditioning did not work, so the room was very warm.
